My results so far that we have done
We have done More running test to see how fast we can run
We have done how many situps you can do In 30 seconds
For situps, the average for boys are 25 and I managed to get 30 situps
For how fast we can run I got 10.33 seconds with a sore ankle
I got a excellence for my agility test
And for My situps, I got an above average

passion project
Why have I chosen this project
I want to learn more things and get faster and stronger and get to learn more activities to do for strength and speedWhat do I hope to achieve
I want to achieve To be faster and past my self also to be more fit at runningWhat are some activities that you would like to do
I want to do running speed and fitness tests
What did I do today and my results
I got 21.1 for the sit and reach test
12-minute run I did 3 laps and nearly done 4 laps and 1.2 km
Shuttles I did all 15 with 2 mins and 40 secs
Vertical 0.32cm
Horizontal 2m
30 to 60 meters sprinting 60m I got 7 seconds and 30m I got 5 secs
