Today we are answering questions from a matrix and doing 4 questions for a short story and a song.

Why am I reading this text

I am reading the text because its about Christmas and what they did if they had no money and it is interesting

Is the text fair

yes it is fair because she tells you that she can't do Christmas but made up an idea and you people at home can do one instead of buying presents

well, there is only one picture about a Christmas tree but it relates to the story since it is Christmas themed.

the text is about this mum who is writing a story about Christmas and she can't afford it so she has an idea because she sees a trolly and she was like I can take something off and make a trolly like I had when was young

it is a good song with a good beat so I'm saying it belongs in a hip hop or rap since its fast and slow song

Today for English we are learning about critical literacy and today we were doing was watching ads and then doing a questioning matrix with a lot of questions.

What does the author want us to know

They want us to now that Sensodyne will make your teeth white and make the tooth straight and stronger with protection.

What has been left out on this text

I think that if it actually works then that would make me or believable instead of that one doctor talking about it there isn't enough evidence

The doctor is allowed to speak because she is the one who is talking about the product

The text is about selling and promoting the product because they talk about it and it has a picture and explains that it works

The people who are doing the ad so the McDonalds worker the customers and the people who want the meal.

I am reading or watching this text because Its mc Donalds they have good burgers and chips and they want people to go to Mc Donalds so that's why they want to make an ad with things that are cheap

this is presenting about how cheap the meals are to the world and trying to get them to go to Mc Donalds for more money and customers.
