Why have I chosen this project
I want to learn more things and get faster and stronger and get to learn more activities to do for strength and speedWhat do I hope to achieve
I want to achieve To be faster and past my self also to be more fit at runningWhat are some activities that you would like to do
I want to do running speed and fitness tests
What did I do today and my results
I got 21.1 for the sit and reach test
12-minute run I did 3 laps and nearly done 4 laps and 1.2 km
Shuttles I did all 15 with 2 mins and 40 secs
Vertical 0.32cm
Horizontal 2m
30 to 60 meters sprinting 60m I got 7 seconds and 30m I got 5 secs
