What does corries choice say about her character
She chose to run and be to be active instead of being lazy

What are the first signs that something is wrong at Ellie's house 
He parents wrote her a letter

Do you think the way teenagers reacted to the realization that Australia may have been invaded at war 
They all were worried and surprised and didn't know what happened

It's changing because he is helping more

Ellie and Kevin’s quick-thinking allowed them to turn a ride-on lawnmower into a bomb. Was this moral behavior? Did they do the right thing, or should they have surrendered themselves?
Yes, they did the right thing because if they surrendered to them they would be in the same place as everyone else that's in the showground (where everyone is held in).

Homer says, “This is war now, normal rules don’t apply. They’re the ones who tore up the rule book, not us”” What does this say about his character? What do you think of the validity of his opinions?


That he's more a leader that wants to let everyone know that he's in charge of everything and what goes on in the following events.

What pieces of evidence from the book inform the reader that this invasion wasn’t entirely peaceful? Find at least 3 examples

They killed their dogs and was bombing there country  and their dad was telling them not to come back and hide
