Move to improve results

Sprinting I got 3 seconds for 15 meters
Sprinting for 30 meters I got 8 seconds  

My jumping and reach
My arms reach was 2.3
And my jump was 2.6 40 centimeters


What did I learn today
I learned if I exercise every day I will get faster and fitter

What did I do today I did the fitness things that we did when we started
