Gymnastics

Over the past few weeks, we have been doing gymnastics. and have been working on my back and front rolls.

What did I do well? I did front flips on the trampoline that went well and did my front and back rolls. I know how to do them I need to have my hands nearby shoulders 

What do I need to work on most things such as the beam and walking on the beam and  front flips on the trampoline

How can I improve keep trying and not giving up on it I need to make sure I have my hands near my shoulders and lean back with my hands for the back roll.

One day I was walking to a beach next to my house but there was a cliff overviewing the bright blue beach I quicky grab out my phone and take A picture before the beautiful sunset goes down. The bright blue sea has dolphins jumping up and down and the cliff made the beach look even more beautiful I took a video this time and caught some dolphins jumping up and down.
